1. Moong Dal Soup Recipe as 7 Months Baby Food

The method to make a moong dal soup for baby is:

1. Wash moong dal for 2-3 times and soak it for at least 30 minutes.

2. Now, add ghee, cumin seeds in a pressure cooker on a medium flame. Allow it to splutter.

3. Add ginger paste and sauté it.

4. Fry dal for 3 minutes and add some veggies.
